After clicking on “Order Gift Voucher,” you will find the link to pay for your voucher. Please enter your name as the payment reference and the amount that you want to add to the voucher.

Purchase & Validity

Mia’s Beauty Sanctuary gift vouchers can be purchased online or directly at the salon. All vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue, after which they will expire and cannot be redeemed.

Booking

Advance booking is required to redeem the gift voucher. Please mention the voucher at the time of booking.

Redemption

Vouchers may be redeemed against any service or product offered at Mia’s Beauty Sanctuary, unless otherwise specified. To redeem your voucher, please quote the voucher number when making your booking and present the voucher upon arrival for your appointment. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Partial Payments

If the total cost of the service exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the recipient is required to pay the difference.

Lost/Stolen Vouchers

Mia’s Beauty Sanctuary is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. Vouchers are treated as cash and cannot be replaced or refunded.

Cancellations/No-Shows with Vouchers

The standard cancellation and no-show policies apply to all appointments booked using a voucher. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher’s value.

Transferability

The gift voucher is transferable and can be used by anyone who presents it.

Promotional Vouchers

Promotional or complimentary vouchers may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including specific validity dates or service restrictions, which will be clearly stated on the voucher.
